1. Tool inspection: Most glass bottle manufacturers produce molds based on the molds provided by customers, or newly opened molds based on engineering drawings and sample bottles. The important specifications of the molds that will affect the molding must be inspected before export. The mold communicates and negotiates with the customer in a timely manner and reaches an agreement on important specification adjustment suggestions, which has a particularly important impact on the subsequent product yield and forming effect; all molds must be inspected on the mold mouth and preliminary mold when entering the factory. , Mold termination supporting facilities, testing according to engineering drawings or customer requirements.
2. Piece inspection: that is to say, after the mold is put on the machine and before the winning line, for the first 10-30 products produced, 2-3 products of each mold will be sampled for specification and model inspection. The inspection is for oral specifications; The inner and outer diameter of the opening; whether the basic printing is appropriate and clear; whether the bottle pattern is appropriate; when the glass bottle comes out of the production line, the quality inspection team leader will limit each molded product to 2-3, according to the engineering drawings The level of inspection is that in addition to the left and right sides, it is also necessary to measure the volume, the net weight of the material, the inner and outer diameter of the opening, and if necessary, fill the bottle with the outer cover provided by the customer for product assembly line inspection to see if it can be closed in time, and whether it is Water seepage. And do a good job in testing internal working pressure, thermal stress, and pH resistance.
3. Manufacturing inspection: When the mold is not replaced, every 2 hours, each mold is drawn to check the final volume and material weight. The inner and outer diameter of the opening must also be inspected, because the mold opening is easily covered with oil stains during use. The outer cover may not be closed tightly, resulting in wine leakage; during manufacturing, a new mold may be replaced due to grinding tools. Therefore, the molding workshop must immediately notify the quality inspection workshop after changing the mold, and the quality inspection workshop must not It is better to conduct component inspection and manufacturing inspection on the glass bottles that have been replaced by the newly replaced molds, so as to avoid product quality problems caused by not knowing the quality inspection after the mold change.
4. Full inspection: After the product comes out of the exit line, the quality inspection staff must conduct a full inspection of the appearance of all products, including the bubbles, crooked neck, slanted bottom, size of the seam, material color, and opening of the glass bottle. The inner and outer diameters and the appearance of the notch in the loan opening, the seat material, the shoulder are thin, the bottle body is not bright, and the material is linen.
5. Incoming warehouse sampling inspection: Quality technicians will sample the batches of waste materials that have been packaged and ready to be put into the warehouse according to the AQL counting sampling plan. When sampling, samples should be taken from as many directions as possible (upper, middle and lower positions). During inspection Test strictly in accordance with the standards or customer requirements, and the qualified batches shall be put into the warehouse in a timely manner, stacked neatly, and clearly marked; the batches that fail to pass must be immediately marked, protected, and requested to be repaired until the sampling inspection is passed.
