How are frosted wine bottles made?

Frosted wine bottles are made by adhering a certain size of glass glaze powder on the finished glass. The glass bottle factory bakes at a high temperature of 580~600℃ to condense the glass glaze coating on the surface of the glass and show a different color from the main body of the glass. Adhere the glass glaze powder, which can be applied with a brush or a rubber roller. After silk screen processing, the frosted surface can be obtained. The method is: on the surface of the glass product, a layer of pattern patterns composed of a flux retardant is silk screened.

After the printed pattern patterns are air-dried, the frosting process is stopped. Then after high-temperature baking, the frosted surface without pattern patterns is melted on the glass surface, and the center of the silk screen pattern cannot be melted on the glass surface due to the effect of the flux retardant. After baking, the transparent pattern of the floor is revealed through the translucent sand surface, forming a special decorative effect. Frosted silk screen printing flux resistor is composed of ferric oxide, talcum powder, clay, etc. It is ground with a ball mill to a fineness of 350 mesh and mixed with an adhesive before silk screen printing.
